Registration FAQs

How to Register

Credit Card. You can use the secure online form to pay via credit card and get immediate confirmation of your registration. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted. You’ll receive a registration record/confirmation e-mail. Please print out this information and bring them with you to the Conference. Present them at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge and course materials.

About Special Discounts

Attendees may combine one of these special discounts with the Early Registration pricing to save even more! Discounts do not apply to Expo Hall passes.

Group Discounts

Please contact CJ Smith at cj.smith@emeraldx.com to receive the 15% per person discount for groups of 3 or more. 

Educational Institutions Discount

Personnel employed by or attending educational institutions can get a 15% discount off the Full Event Passport price by using the code EDU.

Non-Profit Organization Discount

Personnel employed by non-profit organizations can get a 15% discount off the Full Event Passport price by using the code NONPROFIT.

Government Employee Discount

Government, Federal, State, and Local Government employees can receive an additional 15% off the Full Event Passport price. Enter the code GOV in the discount code field.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can receive a refund totaling 80% of the price you paid on the following badge types: 3-Day Full Conference Pass, Expo Plus Pass, and Student 3-day Pass for cancellations made by Friday, November 20, 2020. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Send your cancellation in writing to CJ Smith at cj.smith@emeraldx.com. Registrations may be transferred to another person or to a future conference.

Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment as the initial payment transaction. Credit card refunds will be processed to the same credit card as the original payment. If for reasons beyond our control the conference cannot take place as scheduled, Emerald reserves the right to reschedule the conference to a date and place of it’s choosing.

Badge Reprinting

A $50 badge reprinting fee will be applied for lost badges at InterDrone 2020.

Press

Press and analyst registration will be confirmed by the conference staff and may require you to present credentials for the event.

Invitation Letter Policy

InterDrone can provide invitation letters to conference attendees who require a Visa in order to travel to the conference. Invitation letters are only permitted to attendees that have paid in full for their conference registration. Letters will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please email Tasha Beckford at tasha.beckford@emeraldx.com to request an invitation letter. InterDrone retains the right to refuse invitation letters to any individual at any time.

You must agree to update InterDrone with the status of your visa application. If you are given an invitation letter and your Visa is approved but you do not attend the conference, you will no longer be permitted any future invitation letters from InterDrone.

If your Visa application is denied, please e-mail Tasha Beckford with your registration cancellation request. All cancellation fees will be waived on the condition that proof is provided from the U.S. Embassy of the denial of your application. If proof of denial is not provided, you will be upheld to the standard cancellation policy for all attendees.

If you do not agree to this policy, please do not request an invitation letter.
