Sundance Media Group announces drone training reseller agreement with SYNNEX

On June 3rd, Sundance Media Group (SMG) announced a partnership with SYNNEX, a corporation that provides B2B IT services, to offer certified drone training to organizations, including government agencies, across the U.S. Recent political events have ignited high demand for sUAS. “We support 1,500 police departments as of now. Everyone needs drones,” says Zac Davis of Drone-Works, responding to an influx of new business requests over the past week.

SMG, who demonstrated their process for collecting forensic evidence at night, with the help of Pix4D software, at a recent InterDrone conference, has been assisting police, fire, and private corporations with sUAS programs and workflows since 2011. Besides training programs, they also help companies with filing Certificates of Authorization and waivers with the Federal Aviation Administration.
