Marking the Fourth Consecutive Federal Aviation Administration Grand Keynote at the Annual Drone Industry Conference
NEW YORK ? August 30, 2019 ? InterDrone, the annual drone educational conference & exposition, today announced that Daniel K. Elwell, deputy administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, will give the Grand Opening Keynote address at InterDrone 2019, Wednesday, September 4 at 10:10 am. He will be joined by a high-level lineup of commercial drone industry thought leaders who will frame the state of the industry at the conference, being held September 3 ? 6 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas.
As deputy administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration, Mr. Elwell helps oversee the safety and efficiency of the largest aerospace system in the world, with a $17.5 billion-dollar budget, and more than 47,000 employees. The FAA is responsible for setting the federal regulations for the use of commercial drones in the United States.

The Grand Keynote address will be presented by PrecisionHawk CEO Michael Chasen.
