ATTENDEES
I am currently registered to attend the show. When will I receive my refund?
You can expect an email from us that will provide details regarding your refund. Please remember to check your spam folder in case you do not see this email.

Should I cancel my flight?
Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time.
What about my hotel reservation?
If your hotel reservation was booked through our official housing provider EventSphere, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with no charge or penalty to you. No other follow up will be necessary. If you made a hotel reservation outside of our hotel block (directly with the hotel or through booking providers unaffiliated with InterDrone), you will need to cancel your reservation on your own.

I am an exhibitor or sponsor for the show. When will I receive my refund?
If you are a sponsor or exhibitor you can expect an email from us directly that will provide details regarding your refund. Please remember to check your spam folder in case you do not see this email.
