He is currently a contributor for Forbes.com for Aerospace & Defense. Jonathan co-authored a legal treatise on unmanned aircraft that is being published by the American Bar Association. He assisted in the Taylor v. Huerta cases in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals which resulted in the FAA’s drone registration regulations being struck down as illegal.
