Beth Ann Troutman Staley brings 24 years of UPS experience to the delivery company’s newest subsidiary, UPS Flight Forward Inc. She began her career at UPS while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Louisville. She’s held leadership positions in Security, Customer Relations, Public Affairs and the UPS Airlines Legal Department. In her various roles, Beth Ann has been instrumental in supporting enterprise priorities – most recently, the formation and growth of Flight Forward – UPS’s new drone airline. Beth Ann is a member of Leadership Louisville and a graduate of Ignite Louisville. She proudly volunteers with organizations that focus on children and the environment.
